In case you missed the memo, Their / They’re / There is a new band out of Chicago, featuring Father Emo himself, Mike Kinsella, on drums, Evan Weiss of Into It. Over It. on bass and vocals, and Matthew Frank (Loose Lips Sink Ships) on guitar. It’s the perfect blend of everything you would expect from the three of them. The Emo infused Math-Pop is very familiar, but it leaves a brand new taste in your mouth, almost as if it’s everything you’ve ever wanted to hear from that genre came spurting out, finally. Any avid fan of any of the members previous works will find great comfort and enjoyment in these tracks. Do not sleep on this, or you will miss out on your new favorite band.
